Policies

1. Approval-Please read your proof carefully. Review all names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and all other important information. Customer is responsible for any errors found on customer approved artwork.
2. Rights to artwork- It is the responsibility of the party ordering a specific imprint or logo to receive proper authorization for use.
3. Color- For best color match possible, provide hexadecimal color codes for accuracy on colors.

Proofs and Samples

1. Digital proofs are provided at no charge

Revisions and Lead time

1. After receiving a proof, a revision is included without an additional charge. Thereafter, an Art Preparation Fee ($75/hour, with a minimum of 1 hour) will be charged. Please allow 5 business days for custom graphics after proof approval.

Cancellation Fees

1. All custom graphic projects are subject to cancellation fees. Custom orders completed are not refundable. If an order is cancelled in mid production, a 50% fee is applied

Rush Orders

1. Custom graphics rush orders may be available at an additional charge. Please contact customer service for details.
